How it works

Three steps. Zero learning curve.

There’s genuinely nothing to set up. Here’s the entire flow, start to finish.

01

Name your room

Open Meetora and type any room name — something memorable like monday-standup or art-class. Hit Start and your room exists instantly. No account, no email, no setup wizard.

💡 Tip: a unique, hard-to-guess room name keeps random visitors out.
02

Share the link

Every room has its own link. Copy it and send it however you like — chat, email, calendar invite, or text. Your guests don’t need Meetora account or app; they just click and they’re in.

🔗 Same link every time means you can reuse rooms for recurring meetings.
03

Meet beautifully

Once you’re in, everything’s a tap away: camera, mic, screen sharing, chat, reactions, and host controls. Talk as long as you want — there’s no time limit and no cost.

🎥 Turn on your camera, share your screen, and you’re running a professional meeting.

Live chat

Share links and notes alongside the conversation.

Mobile ready

The same room works on any phone browser.

What you need

Almost nothing, honestly.

If you can open this page, you can host a meeting. There’s no special hardware, no software to install, and no account to create.

  • A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
  • A camera and mic — built-in is fine
  • An internet connection
  • That’s the whole list
