Is starting a meeting really free?
Yes. HD video, screen sharing, chat and secure rooms are free in every meeting, with no time limits and no card required to join. You only pay if you choose to turn on a pro add-on.
What do the pro features cost?
Cloud recording is $0.05/min, AI transcription & notes (which includes live captions and real-time translation) is $0.10/min, and RTMP live streaming is $0.05/min. Billing is per minute and only while the feature is on.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There are no monthly plans or recurring fees. You simply top up a wallet and spend it only on the minutes you use.
How do live captions & translation work?
When the host starts transcription, captions appear on the video as people speak. Each viewer can pick their own language from the transcript panel — captions are then translated in real time, so different people can read the same conversation in different languages. It's part of AI transcription, billed at $0.10/min only while transcription is on.
How many people can join one meeting?
Up to 100 participants per meeting. For a bigger audience, use RTMP live streaming to broadcast to unlimited viewers.
What happens if my balance runs out mid-call?
The active pro feature (like recording) stops automatically and your meeting continues normally. You never go into negative balance. Add funds to switch it back on.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell your personal data or meeting content. Pro features are how we keep the lights on — not your data.
